Is coming the second edition of Castle Vegetarian Festivalevent dedicated to lovers of vegetarianism, welfare, health, music and art. The Festival will be held from Friday 29 to Sunday July 31, 2016 from 16 hours late at night, in the beautiful medieval castle of Sarzana (La Spezia).

To liven up the party over 100 booth within which you can eat vegetarian dishes and know the vegetable kitchenPlease see the products in the organic cosmetics and enjoy the treatments carried out by Holistic practitioners.

Each day will feature a talk on stage: "Power and light foods" edited by Marcello Pamio, Roundtable for women "Health as balance mind body soul" by dott.sse Mahmood, Abdi, Giacosa and Salvadori, and Francesco Oliviero"The game of life: how to apply quantum physics in everyday life and be happy", there will also be a video projection and lecture by Thomas Torelli from "another world" in "Food ReLOVution, everything you eat has a consequence".

Itinerant artistic interventions be colored different angles of the Castle and the stage will host each evening concerts and ethnic rhythms: from pizzica (tamburellisti di Torrepaduli) to Indian dance, electro-swing of the French Lamuzguele to the classical Spanish dance, finally the Forró Miòr close on festivals with a musical genre born in the North East of Brazil, a mix of rhythm, fun and joy.

And for lovers of burners every day two cooking presentation: several chefs will cook live and explain the tricks to starry kitchen vegetarian and vegan. In addition, several program workshops and free workshops for adults and children.
